  2. Engagements run month to month. Leaving takes thirty days of notice and zero awkward phone calls.
  3. Rates are flat. The only hourly figure on this sheet is ADD-05, and it is on this sheet.
  4. The first month includes onboarding and a flat quote for any clean-up, so the backlog never becomes an open meter.
